How long is delivery? 

Due to handmade nature of all products, orders take approximately 3 weeks to complete and ship. This is sometimes extended during busier periods such as Christmas and other seasonal occasions. You can read more about delivery here. 

Where is my order?

You can track the progress of your order within the website, once dispatched please track the delivery via the Track Your Order page.

Can I exchange or return a product?

All products on this website are hand customised and personalised especially for you. Once the order has began production, you will not be able to cancel or make any changes. If there is an issue when you receive your order, please get in touch straight away. We we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. 

Do the crystals stay on?

They do! Please follow our product aftercare guidelines to ensure longevity. We include an after card with orders. 

Do you ship worldwide?

It depends on your location. Please get in touch for further delivery information to your country.
